I googled ‘Weight Loss Plans’ and the search engine returned 52,600,000 results in .52 seconds. Should I follow the advice of the Mayo Clinic? Dr. Oz? One of the commercial meal plan systems? A search for ‘Exercise Plans’ returned 455,000,000 results in .54 seconds. Who has the right answer for me? One of the fitness magazines? The latest TV fitness guru? Say so long to Swiss Miss and other powdery mixes that have been on the shelf for who knows how long. A great winter afternoon can be spent making this delicious concoction of cocoa from scratch.
